Integrating unique client requests, such as a dedicated custom garage/man cave, a lavish outdoor entertaining area with a pool, and distinctive interior design choices like the pink-tiled bathroom and open-plan kitchen/dining with custom lighting, demanded meticulous attention to detail and coordination. Ensuring these diverse elements harmonised within the overall aesthetic was key.

The home's Coastal Hamptons exterior, characterised by its crisp white facade, pitched rooflines, and inviting picket fence, creates an elegant street presence. Inside, the open-plan living areas flow seamlessly to a magnificent outdoor space featuring a covered alfresco dining area, a sparkling pool, and a fire pit zone – perfect for year-round enjoyment. Unique touches abound, including a meticulously designed garage for car enthusiasts, a stylish and practical home office upstairs, and a contemporary kitchen that serves as the heart of the home. Every detail, from the choice of rattan lighting to the custom bathroom finishes, was executed to perfection, resulting in a cohesive, luxurious, and highly livable home designed for making lasting family memories.
