How do I get a quote for my new home build?
Fill out the quote form on the website or call me directly. The more details you can give about your build, like the number of bedrooms, block type, and timeframe, the more accurate your estimate will be.
What can I expect if I book a builder advice session?
You’ll get one-on-one advice based on over 30 years’ building experience. I’ll check if your ideas are realistic and cost-effective, point out any issues, and guide you before plans are locked in. This can save you time, stress, and money down the track.
How many home builds do you take on at once?
Just one at a time. This way I can stay hands-on, avoid delays, and make sure your new home is built properly without shortcuts.
Do you take on house renovations or extensions?
No. I focus solely on custom new home builds so I can give each project the time and attention it needs.
Will I deal directly with you during the build?
Yes. When you build a new home with Luke Wall Constructions, you work directly with me. There’s no big team or middlemen. I oversee each stage of the build and keep you updated from start to finish.
Do you build in my area?
I’m based in Wamberal and build custom new homes across the Central Coast. If you’re unsure if your suburb is covered, give me a call to check.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
It’s best to contact me early, even before you lodge your plans with the council. Having a builder’s insight at the start helps you avoid design pitfalls, keep costs under control, and plan a smoother build.
Do you handle council approvals and the DA process?
I don’t lodge approvals directly, but I can put you in touch with a local draftsman who manages the process for you. This helps make sure your plans are council-ready and saves you the hassle of dealing with it yourself.
Do I need to have my new house plans before I contact you?
No. You don’t need full building plans before getting in touch. If you’re still at the planning stage, I can recommend a trusted designer and give advice to make sure your ideas are practical, realistic, and cost-effective. If you already have plans drawn up, I can provide a detailed quote and get things moving.
